Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to the leadership team in the deployment of lean concepts / continuous improvement methodologies.
Interact with production, process engineering & supply chain functions to review the current practice & identify operational improvement opportunities and the resources necessary to accomplish planned improvements, like improvement of product development cycle, manufacturing processes, sourcing initiatives and supply chain optimization.

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects in support of company operational goals and objectives.

Coach and mentor multiple improvement teams to affect rapid change.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or similar disciplines.

Minimum 5 years’ experience of manufacturing process management, including at least 3 years’ exposure to lean manufacturing concept.

Experience in leading Lean that produced quantifiable savings.

Certifications in Six Sigma / Quality / Engineering / Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

Competency in the application of lean methodology.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Employ leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the objectives.
Function as a change agent. Continuously challenge the way things are done. Promote creativity and out of the box thinking.
Share and standardize best practices and processes.
