JOB OBJECTIVES:
According to the supervisor’s direction and plant production guidance, assist in effectively production planning/reporting to ensuring materials are available for production processes according to defined production requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Production planning
1) According to defined production plan, create production orders and adjust storage in line with actual operation status in SAP system.
2) Assist plant management to following up production orders to ensure on-time delivery without any interruption to defined production plan.
3) Cooperate with production supervisors to audit physical storages timely to minimize deviations among actual storage and SAP system. Production order creation in SAP

2. Production reporting
Initiate and prepare internal report and external reports, to ensure accuracy and the reports and on-time distribution, e.g. monthly operation report, OAE report and etc.

3. Production data analysis
Collect and analysis reported production data, especially raw material consumptions, utilities consumption. Work with process engineer to identify the abnormal status and propose solutions.

4. Raw material/packaging material planning
Coordinate with vendors on raw material/packaging material delivery arrangement based on monthly material purchasing plan from Supply Chain planner.
Closely monitor the RM/PM consumption and ensure continious supply without interruption.

5. Documentation
Support establishing and maintaining a computerized/paper document and keeping system for efficient/effective production.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Above university degree in International Trade, Commercial- or Chemistry-related subject
2. Experience: At least 6 years working experience (with 2 years in planning), chemical background preferred.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production & material planning function & fluent in both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytic skills. Good computer operation skills. Leadership skill is preferred.
