JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Be responsible for coordinating the warehouse operations and resources.
2. Distributes the different tasks among all the warehouse personnel.
3. Develop necessary trainings and procedures that allows the operation of the warehouse operations.
4. Distribute the warehouse space to meet all cross-contamination requirements for the materials stored.
5. Coordinates loading/unloading operations of raw materials, packaging components, in-process materials, such as Reworks and Bulks, and the different Finished Goods Products manufactured in Rudong site.
6. Coordinate the availability of necessary resources to support the operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the warehouse operation, including the receiving and shipping area.
2. Coordinate the loading and unloading of containers in the warehouse and around the different areas around the site.
3. Coordinate the material movement between the warehouse and the operational areas on timely and ordinate fashion for the different campaigns.
4. Responsible for the timely loading of Ensures Finished Goods Products with the proper labels and identification to meet BASF subsidiaries and affiliates deadlines in compliance with Corporate and Governmental regulation for all shipments (ocean, ground and air) are in compliance with the different Corporate, Governmental and International Regulations.
5. Responsible for maintaining the time and attendance system and software up to date the system as per company guidelines.
6. Tracking the movements of containers between the Port, outsides warehouses and the site.
7. Responsible for the sampling operation of all incoming materials, such as active ingredients, raw materials and printed packaging components.
8. Define the storage strategy that allows meeting the cross-contamination requirements as well as optimizing warehouse storage.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor degree with major in Logistics or related discipline.
2. Experience: over 3 years of relevant experience in Chemical industry.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: solid knowledge and skill of DCS, PLC, familiar with Simens system is prefer; Communication: Good communications with other colleagues, Good English in both reading and writing.
