JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop, monitor, and implement site quality assurance procedures according to corporate standards to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve superior reliability.
2. Supervise and monitor related site quality activities to ensure obtain of certification and maintain the quality assurance system at site in a manner of continuous improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the edition and periodical update when necessary of the Quality Manual in order to formulate the accurate guidelines for all relevant staff e.g. site engineers, operators, etc.
2. Coordinate with other relevant function in accordance with the established systems and approached to ensure they always and consistently meet quality standards and specifications including packaging material and finished product.
3. Maintain ISO system with good documentation in order to secure the certification and successfully pass the subsequent audits.
4. Conduct quality assurance programme training at site and initiate internal audit for operational continous improvement, and organize the discussion with production management and supervisor to make appropriate recommendations and set timetable for improvement and correction.
5. Identify potential risk for risk assessment such as cross-contaimination, microbilogical contaimination etc. in the production to develop the valid procedures with production to control the risk.
6. Make the monthyl quality reports to indicate quality KPI by tracking the quality of incoming raw matrerials, packaging materials and finished products.
7. Conduct the packaging material testing and in-process control for product packaging lines.
8. Analyse customer and regulatory requirement to initially assess the effect on the internal quality system, assist in root cause analyzing to handle complain properly under the site quality management system.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: bachelor degree with major in Chemical or Pharmaceticals, master degree is preferred.
2. Experience: more than 5 years related experiences in MNC, at least 2-3 years quality management experience in Crop Protection manufacturer, formulating plant is preferred.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Familiar with quality management system ISO9001&14000&18000, the knowledge of packaging test and standard for Crop Protection formulation product, qualfied certification is preferred. Communications: Strong communication and influencing & impact skills required to ensure compliance with Corporate’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control guidelines at site/suppliers, Oral/Written English is required.
