JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. To be responsible for the RC related area and positions to ensure compliance of company policy, national regulations and laws.
2. To be responsible for continuous improvement of RC Performance within BCPJ

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establish or update the related EHS procedures, and supervise the implement situation.
2. Consolidate the training needs to help identifying the EHS training/education programs, schedules and target groups to strengthen the employees’ awareness on EHS, to conduct training/ workshop, introduction programs, according to plan and needs, the training including internal and exernal training.
3. Take responsible to support plant on environment issue (waste water, gas and solid), ensure all activity being legal compliance in Rudong site, conduct the requirement of global, division, greater china and site on environment.
4. Take responsible to support plant on occupational health issue, ensure all activity being legal compliance in Rudong site, conduct the requirement of global, division, greater china and site on OH.
5. Organize the audits of EHS performance with the necessary BASF or external partners and initially consolidate/summarize the performance reports in order to ensure the correct and consistent implementation of the EHS requirements/regulations, and alert line management the detected problem areas.
6. Establish and maintain a documentation system to keep company, corporate and mandatory EHS rules/ regulations, communication materials, inspection and audit reports/ materials etc to ensure that the major activities are properly documented according to needs.
7. Conduct GHS requirement of global, devision, geater china in Rudong site.
8. Oversee compliance of site fire fighting system, suport area owner to ensure all FF device in good working order.
9. Other EHSS related works assigned by direct supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor and above in safety engineering, environmental protection, chemical engineering or related
2. Experience: More than 3 Years experience with Chemical Industry, EHS
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: RC Management System Knowledge, EHS Related regulations and standards, ISO 14001&ISO 9001 knowledge
