Key responsibilities/主要工作职责

· Well know Chinese environmental and occupational hygiene (OH) regulations, liaise with local authorities to full comply with the regulations and government requirements.

熟悉中国环境、职业卫生方面的法律法规，与当地相关政府部门联系确保公司运作符合法律法规和政府相关要求。

· Draft and update site environmental and occupational hygiene (OH) policy and procedures.

起草、修订公司环境职业卫生的程序。

· Build and maintain good relationship with authorities and government, and communicate smoothly.

建立和维护好与相关政府部门的关系，确保沟通流畅。

· Be responsible for legal compliance of Environmental and OH assessment for new project, expansion project and MOC.

负责新、改、扩项目的环评和职业卫生评价符合法律法规要求。

· Contact the external supplier to arrange annual OH test as the plan.

联系外部供应商完成年度职业卫生检测。

· Be responsible for annual occupational hazards report to local authority.

负责向相关政府部门进行作业场所职业危害申报。

· Approach occupational health risk assessment, identify the health hazards and assess the risks. Implement the occupational hygiene program in site.

负责职业病危害风险分析，识别职业病危害，执行职业卫生管理计划。

· To organize annual health check and candidate health check, follow up the results.

组织年度健康体检和新员工体检，并跟踪结果。

· Maintain the site employee’ and long-time contractors’ occupational health record.

整理归档公司员工、长期劳务工的体检报告。

· Provide professional support on PPE selection and evaluation to eliminate the exposure risk.

在个人防护用品的使用选择上提供专业建议，以消除暴露风险。

· Be responsible for environmental facilities normal operation monitoring and waste database statistic.

负责监督环保设施正常运行，三废数据的统计。

· To coordinate the external environmental testing (monthly waste water testing and annual waste gases testing) and to report the annual waste discharging data to the EPB.

协调联系外部环境监测（月度废水监测和年度废气监测），上报年度排污数据给环保局。

· Be responsible for hazardous solid waste transfer application and monitoring to comply with the legal requirements.

负责危险固废转移申请和监督，以确保符合法律法规要求。

· Participate in the investigation of injury accidents and identify the root cause and develop the preventive and corrective actions.

参与人员受伤事故调查，分析根本原因，采取预防与纠正措施。

· Provide the EHS training to employees and commit on EHS awareness improvement.

提供EHS培训给公司员工，提高全员EHS意识。

· Participate in site EHS audit / inspection and ensure all the improvement actions closed as plan.

参与公司EHS审计、检查，确保所有整改项按照计划完成。

· Participate in site Emergency Response management and be responsible for first aid team and facilities management.

参与公司应急响应管理，负责急救小组和急救设施的管理。

· On behalf of the site to attend the meetings that organized by government.

代表公司参加政府组织的相关会议。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能和经验

· Bachelor degree or above with medicine, Safety, Environmental Protection or Chemical related major. The doctor/nurse certification is preferred.

本科或以上学历，医学，安全，环境保护或化学相关专业，医生/护士资格证书者优先。

More than three years’ experience in chemical manufacture company, western company is preferred.

三年以上在化工制造公司工作经验，外企经验者优先。

· More than two years’ experience on occupation hygiene management.

两年多的职业卫生管理经验。

· Capable user of PC office applications and familiarity with spreadsheets.

熟练使用计算机办公应用软件，熟悉电子制表软件。

· Good English skills.

良好的英语技能。
