职责：

? Responsible for the control of garment production(including the sample room management) and quality.
负责负责生产(包括打样间管理)及质量控制
? Plan the production flow with Factory Manager
与厂长共同计划制定生产流程
? Instruct workers in their daily targets and follow up on these.
指导工人日常的生产目标以及监管目标的完成。
? Instruct Line Leaders in their daily tasks and follow up on their performance.
指导所有的流水线组长的日常工作并且密切关注他们的绩效。
? Coordinate with washing mills, embroidery factories, printing shops etc. and ensure they deliver as agreed.
与水洗厂，刺绣厂，印花厂等工厂的相关人员进行协调，确保他们按照所协定的时间发货。
? Coordinate shipping with Suzhou warehouse and Suzhou shipping staff.
协调苏州仓库和苏州船运人员，安排运输的各项事宜。
? Arrange required commercial inspection from government bureau.
安排政府部门所要求的商检。
? Ensure BSCI requirements are respected
确保所有员工都遵循BSCI 的要求。
? Ensure that all production facilities are clean, well maintained and working as required.
确保所有的生产设备是干净的，状态良好的，并且工作正常的。
? Make sure that all staff has the required skills to carry out the job they are instructed in doing.
确保所有的员工具备所需技能，以落实他们被指示的工作。
? Set up standard production process, standard time.
产品标准工时建立与管理
? Follow AQL and set up quality system and quality management.
遵循AQL和建立质量体系和质量管理
? Skill training and performance evaluation for QCs
负责QC的技能培训和绩效评价
? Organize QC to do initial, middle and final inspection in subcontract factories to ensure controlling of quality and production progress, support factories to solve quality problem in time.
组织QC初期、中期和尾期查货，确保控制外发厂的质量和生产进度,帮助工厂及时解决质量问题。
? Select the requirements info of different customers, and set up different key quality points based on that to ensure the quality meet the requirements of each customer.
选择不同的顾客的需求信息,并设置不同的关键质量点的基础上,以确保质量满足每个客户的需求
? Smoothly communication with Merchandiser and Technical Department, well know about the production plan, progress and delivery time.
与业务及技术部门沟通,很好地了解生产计划、进度及交货时间
? Organize Quality weekly meeting, Check QC reports and follow up on the problems
组织质量每周会议，审核验货报告并跟进问题。
? Other tasks arranged by Factory Manager/Director.
厂长/董事安排的其他工作内容

要求：

1. 5+ years working experience in garment production and 3+ years working experience in garment production management.
5年以上服装生产经验，3年以上服装生产管理经验
2. Familiar with garment production process, quality requirements and AQL, skilled at IE technical knowledge and pattern.
熟悉服装生产流程，品质要求及AQL，精通工艺和板型风格。
3. Experience on standard working hours, unit price of makeup, productivity, and training for production management persons
具有一定的生产管理人员的培训能力，对标准工时、工价、产能确定有一定经验
4. Good analytical and understanding ability, good at finding problem and give a solution.
分析判别能力强，善于发现问题并找到解决方案。
5. Honest, adaptable，careful, responsible, self-motivation, good communication and coordination skills, team-player
诚信，适应性强，善于思考分析，仔细，责任心强，工作主动积极，沟通协调能力强，具有团队精神
6. Be willing to put all the efforts to work.
尽心尽力工作
7. Fluent English is an advantage.

8. Major in garment or relevant is preferred
