主要职责

Key responsibilities

· 负责生产设备、公用设备的日常巡检、维护保养工作，并做好相关记录。

Responsible for production and utility equipment Inspections and Maintenance, completion of related records.

· 负责动设备润滑油定期更换及添加。

Responsible for rotating equipment Lube replacements and added on a regular basis.

· 负责故障设备机械部分的拆装及维修工作。

Responsible for the faulty equipment disassembly and maintenance of mechanical parts and repair work.

· 负责容器、管道等设备设施的焊接

Responsible for the welding of containers, pipelines and other facilities.

· 负责年度检修计划的实施。

Responsible for the annual maintenance plan to ensure completion.

主要经验和技能

Critical Experience and Skills

· 中专或高中及以上学历，机械设计及自动化或与机械相关的专业。

Secondary school or high school degree or above, major in mechanical and automation or mechanical related.

· 熟悉机械原理，精通备件的检验及设备的维护，2年以上化工制药类企业机械保养、维修经验

Has knowledge with mechanical design and fabricate, be familiar with spare parts inspection and equipment maintenance. At least 2 years working experience of equipment maintenance and upkeep in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacture enterprise
