主要职责

Project Phase

· 支持电仪工程师项目实施阶段各仪表设备的现场验收。

Assist E&I engineer SAT for instrument equipment during project implement phase.

· 支持电仪工程师监督和验收项目实施阶段的各类仪表设备的安装和调试。

Assist E&I engineer supervising and acceptance for instrument equipment installation and commissioning during project implement phase.

· 协助电仪工程师设计、项目实施阶段文件资料的整理归档。

Assist E&I engineer project design and construct stage documents filling.

运营阶段

Operation phase

· 负责公司仪表设备维修、持续改进；

Responsible for the instrument maintenance and continuing improvement for instrument part of equipment in whole factory.

· 执行公司仪表设备的保养、维护、检修计划；日、周、月保养及年度检修的验收、归档。

Conduct instrument equipment maintenance, maintenance plan implementation, responsible for acceptance and archive for monthly, weekly, daily upkeep and annual overhaul.

Shift working organization to instrument technician team .

· 执行全公司计量仪表的校验。

Execute company-wide instrument calibration.

· 履行由电仪工程师确定的主要设备的校验项目

Carry out the regular calibration for the key instruments which were defined by E&I engineer.

· 做好仪表工程师的后备

Back up E&I engineer.

· 阅读工作单,接受工程师的指派

Read work order, receive the guidance from engineer.

· 遵循标准操作规程，学习,研究有关安全,质量,环保方面的标准操作程序,并使之运用于日常的维修工作当中

SOP follow, learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, environment, transfer all these information into daily maintenance work.

主要经验和技能
Critical Experience and Skills

· 至少五年仪器维修工作经验与良好的化工行业的工作经验

At least 5 years’ working experience in instrument maintenance, Better working experience in chemical plant,

· 有药厂工作经验者优先。

Has working experience in pharmaceutical factory is preferred

· 熟悉在安全区域/防爆区域/洁净室的工作规范。

Know how to work at safety area & explosion-proof area & cleaning room.

· 熟悉仪表、阀门和传感器方面的相关知识，对DCS控制系统有实际的操作经验。

Good knowledge of valve, instrument, and operation skill to DCS control system.

· 有效的计量员证书。

Effective measurement member certificate

· 安全意识强, 团队精神好, 关注结果

Be good at: practical experience in field maintenance, safety attitude, team work, committed to result.

· 高中以上学历
