Responsibilities:

1. Documentary management and filing Record;

2. Billing checking and cost application;

3. Daily inner/inter-team Admin coordination and support;

4. To be the backing to the CSR;

5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experiences:

1. College or above;

2. 1 year experience in WOFE company;

3. Understand the importance of communication;

4. Familiar with Microsoft office, such as Word & Excel;

5. Fluent in oral and written English;

6. Knowledge in ERP system is preferable;

7. Working experience in manufacturing order processing, coordinating or sales admin is preferable.
