JOB OBJECTIVES:

1.To be responsible for the Crop protection related permitting, mainly Product registration at ICAMA and MIIT, production approval at MIIT and product standard registration at Jiangsu quality and technology supervision bureau.
2.To be responsible for project related permitting, mainly Environmental protection, Safety, firefighting bureau, industrial hygiene etc.,
3.To be responsible for the site ISO management and laws database maintenance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be responsible for product registration at ICAMA
1)For the products launched at Rudong site, responsible for the me-too registration and repackaing registration at ICAMA.
2)For the products launched at Rudong site, responsible for the product production approval at MIIT
3)For the products launched at Rudong site, responsible for the product standard registration at Jiangsu quality and technology supervision bureau.
4)Be responsible for the agrochemical production approval at MIIT

2. Be responsible site project related approvals.
project related approvals, Environmental Protection, firefighting, Occupational safety, industrial hygiene,etc.,

3. Maintain the relationship with related authorities
Be responsible for the communication with related authorities, ICAMA, MIIT, EPA, Safety bureau, firefigting bureau, public security bureau ect., to maintain relationship at all levels, industrial park, county, Nantong city, Jiangsu province and State.

4. Maintain Site ISO Management System
1)Responsible for the ISO procedures issuance and distribution
2)Responsible for the site internal Audit, including the annual internal audit plan preparation, implementation, follow-up.
3)Responsible for ISO procedures update plan preparation and followup.

5.Related Laws and codes collection and assessment
1)Collect the latest related laws and regulations and maintain the site legal database.
2)Coordinate the responsible units to conduct the regular legal applicability and compliance assessment

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor and above in chemistry, chemical engineering, plant protection or related discipline

2. Experience: more than 5 Years experiences with agrochemical production approval and/or product registration. Experiences with authorities’ relations, also with Management system is preferred.

3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: ISO Management System Knowledge
