职位描述：工作企业为优尔集团控股企业淘豆公司

岗位要求：
1、人力资源管理、工商管理、法律等相关专业，大专及以上学历，2年以上人力资源管理工作经验，互联网行业工作经验优先考虑；
2、认同公司企业文化、沟通、表达能力良好，具备一定的亲和力，形象气质佳；
3、熟悉国家人力资源相关法律、法规，精通劳动法；
4、具备团队建设能力，沟通协调能力，学习创新能力，统筹管理能力强；
5、工作严谨细致，善于撰写文案，能熟练使用各种办公软件


岗位职责：

1、负责日常行政、人事工作； 完善各项人事行政制度、各岗位职务说明书、考核指标的完善、建立、推广实施及执行监督；
2、负责公司人力资源的招聘、储备及人员优化配置工作的统筹管理，协助公司降低人力成本；
3、负责劳动关系的维护、管理及劳资纠纷的预见与处理工作；
4、组织做好各种职系人员发展体系的建立，并定期组织人员培训；
5、负责公司企业文化的建立和宣传推广；
6、提供人力资源方面的建议和相关信息，为公司制定人力资源战略规划服务；
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作的督办、协调及落实任务。
