Job Description工作描述:

1、制定设备的中、大修计划。Make machine maintenance plan

2、计划并执行生产设备的定期检修和预防性保养；Plan and execute periodic checking and preventive maintenance of production equipments;

3、进行生产设备的日常检查和维护，及时对故障设备进行故障排除；Check and maintain production equipments and repair them in time in order to support production;

4、管理备品备件，控制库存，降低费用。Manage spare parts, inventory control ,reduce cost。

5、负责设备备件清单的建立、维护及存放，以保证生产正常运作并减少停机时间；Create and maintain spare parts inventories in order to ensure minimum interruption to the production;

6、制定并控制维修预算，跟踪相关绩效指标；Control & follow-up maintenance budgets, follow-up maintenance targets;

7、制定及完善设备工装相关技术资料的管理流程，并按照该流程对设备工装资料进行规范化管理；Define and improve the management process of technical documents concerning equipments and tooling; Standardize the tooling management process;

8、管理设备及维修团队，设定团队目标及培训计划。Manage the team of equipment engineering and maintenance. Evaluate Training needs and plan training in the area;

9、对设备进行改善、改造，提高设备性能，提高其使用寿命。Machine improvement 、modification ,increase machine ability and life。

10、设备维修成本控制。 Control machine maintenance cost.

Qualification and Specification要求:

1、 本科或以上学历，电气专业背景或相关。Bachelor degree or above, preferred with the major of electrical engineering background or related;

2、 至少五年数控设备维护、维修经验，三年设备主管经验。Minimum 5 years experience in CNC machine maintenance ,repairing , 3 years equipment supervisor experience.

3、 熟悉PLC 编程（如：西门子、欧姆龙、三菱），会软件组态。Familiar with PLC programming(Such as SIEMENS 、OMRON、MITSUBISHI)，software configuration ;

4、熟悉数控系统（如：西门子840D，发那科、三菱）。 Familiar with CNC control system(Such as SIEMENS 840D、FANUC、MITSUBISHI);

5、 熟悉伺服、变频器、人机及现场总线。Familiar with servo 、 inverter、HMI and field bus.

6、 设备工装设计技能佳。Equipment/tooling design skills will plus.

7、 有气动、液压知识佳。Knowledge of pneumatic or hydraulic will plus.

8、 熟练使用MS办公软件。Excellent with MS office software.

9、 英语流利（能用英语作为工作语言）。Good English (can use English as working language)

10、 良好的团队合作能力，思想开明，较强的问题解决能力。Excellent cooperation with other teams. Open-minded, quick problem solver
