Key responsibilities/主要职责

1． Project phase 项目阶段

·Involve the pilot workshop construction, incl. P&ID review, equipment installation and qualification, piping confirmation, etc.

参与中试车间的建设，包括图纸审核，设备安装和验证，配管确认，等

·Involve the manufacturing team build up.

参与操作操作团队的建设

·Involve the procedure establishment for pilot workshop, incl. SOP, SHE, working instruction, management procedure

参与中试车间流程的建设，包括SOP、SHE, 工作指导书和管理流程

Assist the pilot plant supervisor for the personnel training in pilot workshop, incl. technical training, GMP training, safety training, etc.

协助中试车间主任对中试车间人员进行培训，包括技术培训，GMP培训，安全培训，等

2．Operation phase 运营阶段

· Plan, organize & prepare equipment trains, starting materials and other production factors for manufacturing of intermediates and drug substances

在进行医药中间体和最终产品的生产过程中，计划，组织，和准备设备链，起始物料和其他生产所需事项

· Execute processes according manufacturing procedure and batch strategy. Comply with SOP, HSE, GMP and other guidelines

符合SOP, 安全，质量和其他规定的基础上，按照生产流程和批次策略执行工艺

·Consistently lead, advice, and guide manufacturing team in the day to day process operations assigned for assigned processes.

能够持续带领/建议/指导指定操作团队的日常工作

·Fully operate complex equipment and systems independently

完全够独立操作复杂生产设备和系统

·Ensure training to manufacturing team on assigned processes

确保操作团队对指定工艺的培训

Equipment and process troubleshooting

具备对设备和工艺发现及解决问题的能力

·Provide process improvement suggestions

提供工艺改进建议

· Ensure waste management in accordance with internal & external regulations (Exhaust air, effluent, liquid & solid waste)

根据内外部规章制度，确保废弃物的管理（废气，废水，废液和废固）

·Ensure reassembling & cleaning of equipment trains after manufacturing

确保生产后所有设备链的清洗和重置

·Ensures proper and comprehensive batch record. Guide manufacturing team accordingly

指导生产团队确保批次记录完整正确

·Perform internal Batch Record Review

执行内部批次记录审阅

·Contribute to continuous plant optimization and process improvements initiatives

参与车间的持续优化和工艺改进

· Actively contributes to keeping the plant properly maintained and clean

积极参与并保持良好的车间维护和清洁

·Acts as point of contact for emergency response teams as appropriate.

在发生紧急事件时，能够担任应急小组的联系人

·Check all the infrastructure related facilities during operation shift as appropriate

在操作过程中能够检查所有与基础设施相关的设施

·Various responsibilities in accordance to GMP /HSE responsibility

根据GMP/HSE要求，承担其他相关职责

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

·College degree or above is preferred

大专以上学历为优。

· Several years of experience working in a chemical plant

有多年化工厂的工作经验。

· Several years of experience leading a manufacturing team

有多年领班的经验

Personal Skills/个人技能

· Comfortable with working with computer based control systems

能操作电脑控制系统。

·Strong leadership

很强的领导力

·Good problem solver and sense of responsibilities.
