Key responsibilities/主要职责

· Coordinate on-site workers and external service providers

协调现场工人和外部服务商的工作

· Establishes and supervises contracts with external contractors providing engineering, maintenance and site services

建立和监管提供工程，维修和现场服务的外部合作商

· Ensures the availability of the assigned plants and buildings within the framework defined

在一定范围内确保制定车间和建筑的可用性

· Is charged with ensuring compliance with GMP & HSE requirements, within her/his area of responsibility

· Provides for the optimizing the plants and preserving their value.

提出车间优化建议并保护它们的价值

· Plans and monitors the execution of the necessary maintenance work on her/his assigned plants, buildings and infrastructure

在指定车间、建筑和基础设施内，计划并跟踪必要的维护工作的执行

· Ensures that modifications are carried out correctly and that the relevant documentation is updated and expanded appropriately

· Carries out plant engineering projects independently.

· Supports production by optimizing manufacturing processes via the implementation of technical measures

· Coordinates the purchasing of technical products and services as well as the necessary consumables

协调技术物品，技术服务和必需消耗品的采购

· Various responsibilities in accordance to GMP HSE responsibility lists

根据GMP/HSE要求，承担其他相关职责

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

· College degree or above is preferred

大专以上学历为优。

· 3 years or above of experience working in a chemical plant

3年以上化工厂的工作经验。

· Comfortable with working with computer based control systems

能操作电脑控制系统。

· Good English skill is preferred.

英语熟练者优先。
