Key responsibilities/主要职责

1．Project phase 项目阶段

·Assist R&D manager for the R&D lab. construction.

协助研发经理进行实验室的建设

·Assist R&D manager for the process R&D team build up.

协助研发经理进行工艺研发团队的建设

Assist R&D manager for the procedure establishment for R&D lab, inc SOP, SHE, working instruction, management procedure

协助研发经理建立研发实验室流程，包括SOP、SHE, 工作指导书和管理流程

·Take the responsibility of the personnel training in R&D lab, inc. technical training, GMP training, safety training, etc.

负责中试车间的人员培训，包括技术培训，GMP培训，安全培训，等

·Work together with other functional department to develop a procedure for the process transfer

与其它职能部门合作开发工艺转移的流程

·Assist R&D manager to establish the management system in R&D department.

协助研发经理建立相关的研发部门的管理体系

2．Operation phase 运营阶段

·Be responsible for internal process transfer and project cost estimate

负责内部工艺转移和项目费用估算

·To teach and solve process and technical difficulties in the production line;

指导、解决好生产线出现的工艺和技术困难。

·To Process Improvement of Customer complaints

针对客户投诉的一些工艺改进.

·New projects development and to confirm new process and setup Production line layout

配合工程项目部对新项目的开发和新工艺的确认和生产线的布置。

·Develop and empower subordinate (if any) to participate in decision making process and train backup;

不断培养下属的能力。

·Continuous improvement for production and project support;

持续改进和支持项目。

·Develop efficient and robust processes for the manufacture. Provide raw data documentation and result evaluation

为生产开发高效和完善的工艺；提供原始文件，结果评估。

·Optimize existing methods 〔lab, pilot plant or production） and develop more efficient ones.

优化现有的方法（实验室，中试车间或者生产）并且开发更多有效的方法。

·Generate lab procedures, reports and related SOP’s

建立实验室流程，报告和相关的标准操作流程

·Support R&D manager in the development, monitoring and optimizing of general R&D processes staff and facilities for effectiveness, customer needs and internal /external compliance.

协助研发经理在效率，客户需求及内部/外部合规方面对本部门的人员和设备设施进行开发，监控和优化。

·Work with R&D manager to set objectives, direction, and priorities of R&D.

协助研发经理制定目标，方向和研发的优先性。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry or analytical chemistry

本科以上学历，有机化学或者分析化学背景

·Experience working in a chemical plant is preferred.

有化工厂的工作经验为优。

·Good English skill.

英语良好

·Experience in project management
