PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1.Provide information of potential growers and carry out all activities to develop more contract growers as targeted.

提供潜在客户信息，开展发展合作养殖户的各项活动，完成合作养殖户的开发任务。

2.Provide consultancy and guidance to growers regarding construction of Tyson standard/premier houses, fulfill house inspection and acceptance in time to sign the contract and make placement plan.

为养殖户提供咨询，指导合作养殖户按泰森标准完成鸡舍建设，并按时验收、签约和投产。

3.Manage and maintain current contract growers to cooperate with Tyson in long term relationship. Supervise the contract fulfillment on grower farms and collect evidence of contract breach and correct misconducts. Carry out grading evaluation to current contract grower and submit recommendations.

管理并维护合作养殖户，与泰森进行长期良好的合作。监督合作养殖户履约，收集其违约证据，纠正其不良行为。对合作户进行等级评估，并提出处理建议。

4.Lead the handling of all issues between Tyson and Growers, including placement schedule, settlement, contract renewal, house reformation, disputes and etc. Follow up and handle all issues related to contract breach from grower sides, including contract termination, compensation and etc.

主导处理养殖户与泰森合作期间的各类事务（饲养安排、结算、续约、改造、纠纷处理）。对违约养殖户进行后续处理（解约、赔偿、其它事项）。

5.Command all data, documentations and information related to growers to provide as support for growing management on grower farms.

掌握合作养殖户合作期间的各类数据、资料和信息，为放养管理提供依据。

6.Provide technical support and other necessary help including training so as to ensure good performance and good live bird quality to achieve the targets, including body weight, uniformity, livability, FCR, residuals, damages, feed withdrawal and etc.

为养殖户提供技术和其它必要的支持（例如：培训），使饲养成绩和毛鸡品质达到优良指标，包括体重、均匀度、成活率、料肉比、药残、损伤、空料、以及其它指标。

REQUIREMENTS任职要求:

Education学历要求：At least Junior College level, majored in animal science or animal medication

动物科学/动物医学相关专业，大专及以上

Experience 工作经验: 3 years and above (3年及以上)

Languages 语言: Mandarin (普通话)

Other Skills 其他技能要求: Be skilled in computer and capable of driving.

Jiangsu Tyson Foods Co., Ltd was founded in 2008 in Haimen. Jiangsu focused on providing fresh and frozen products for Shanghai and East China fast food and retail industry. Jiangsu Tyson as a new integrated production base, slaughter nearly one million chickens per week. It provides safe source of high-quality chicken with its own feed stuff factory. The total investment will reach $ 90 million. Products primarily will be sold to one hundred thirty-nine million consumers in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang through retail channels.
