PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1.Assist Broiler Manager to handle all tasks and activities related to company own broiler farms.

协助肉鸡经理，主持泰森自养肉鸡的各项工作。

2.Participate in the formulation of management policies, regulations, rules and procedures.

参与制定部门管理的各项制度和流程。

3.Participate in the formulation of all technical standards and procedures regarding broiler growing management.

参与制定饲养管理（及技术）的各项标准和流程。

4.Participate in the composition of policies/contract, procedures and regulations regarding contract grower business.

参与制定泰森放养政策，参与制定放养工作制度和流程。

5.Participate in the construction and placement arrangement of company own broiler farms.

参与各自养鸡场的建设、投产工作。

6.Make good plans and arrangement regarding placement schedule and slaughter plan to meet corporate operation demand.

做好各项工作计划、饲养安排、和出栏计划，使之符合公司整体营运需要。

7.Execute and track all bio-security measurements and participate in the formulation of Tyson Bio-security Policy in Haimen Complex.

完成各项生物安全措施，参与泰森生物安全制度建设。

8.Coordinate with all related departments including feed mill, processing plant, vet, finance, purchase and etc.

协调部门内各项工作，协调各自养场与其它部门的工作（如饲料厂、屠宰厂、供应链、兽医、财务、采购等）。

9.Fulfill the construction of company own broiler team, manage and supervise the team and provide training, guidance and evaluation as well.

完成部门的团队建设，并管理部门团队，对团队成员进行考评、培训、指导和监督。

REQUIREMENTS任职要求:

Education学历要求：At least bachelor degree and major in animal science or animal medication

动物科学/动物医学相关专业，本科及以上

Experience 工作经验: At least 8 years working in poultry business with sufficient broiler management experience.

8年及以上，有丰富的肉鸡饲养管理经验

Languages 语言: Mandarin(普通话)

Other Skills 其他技能要求: Be skilled at computer and capable of driving.

Jiangsu Tyson Foods Co., Ltd was founded in 2008 in Haimen. Jiangsu focused on providing fresh and frozen products for Shanghai and East China fast food and retail industry. Jiangsu Tyson as a new integrated production base, slaughter nearly one million chickens per week. It provides safe source of high-quality chicken with its own feed stuff factory. The total investment will reach $ 90 million. Products primarily will be sold to one hundred thirty-nine million consumers in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang through retail channels.
