Position: Technical Sales Supervisor

招聘职位：技术型销售主管

Location：Nantong 工作地点：南通

Main Responsibilities:

主要工作职责：

1. Responsible for achieving annual sales target of Smart Grid products and solutions.

2. Responsible for product technical presentation to the design institute and power utility customers.

3. Responsible for Smart-grid product technical and marketing training to sales team and distributors.

4. Technical support to routine projects.

5. Responsible for China market and competition information collection and analysis.

6. Responsible for establishing relationship and cooperation with the relevant standard committee.

7. Cooperating with technical department for product localization research and development.

- 完成公司智能电网产品的年度销售指标；

- 向电力设计院及电网用户进行产品推广；

- 负责就智能电网产品对销售员和经销商进行产品技术及市场培训；

- 为具体项目提供技术支持；

- 负责产品市场信息和竞争对手信息的搜集与分析工作；

- 与制订产品行业标准的部门建立联系与合作；

- 与公司技术部合作，搞好产品本地化制造的调研与落实工作。

Key Qualifications

职位主要技能要求：

1. Major in Electric Automation or relevant field, with a minimum of bachelor degree.

2. At least 3 years working experience as technical engineer and 2 years of sales or marketing related function for electric automation products. Experience on line protection and relay will be a plus.

3. Good communication & coordination skills.

4. Good planning and organizing ability.

5. Good English level (both oral and written)

6. Strong teamwork spirit and high passionate working attitude.

7. Strong sense of customer service.

8. Proficient in MS computer software ie. Word, Excel, PPT and Auto-CAD etc.

9. Adaptable to frequent work travels.

- 电力自动化或相关专业本科以上学历；

- 3年以上电力自动化产品技术岗位及2年以上市场或销售（支持）工作经验，有线路保护类产品工作经验者优先考虑；

- 良好的语言表达和沟通协调能力；

- 较强的计划和组织能力；

- 良好的英文水平（口语及书面）；

- 良好的团队合作精神和积极主动的工作热情；

- 良好的客户服务意识；

- 熟练应用Word，Excel，PPT和Auto-CAD等常用电脑办公软件；

- 能够适应经常出差。
