职责描述：
Job Description:
1.处理员工意外事故, 如有需要帮助送往医院, 和医院做好协调工作
Deal with the emergency case, and coordinate with a hospital service if necessary
2.诊断正常疾病, 并给予服药建议
Diagnose the non-serious diseases and advise properly
3.定期去车间检查药箱, 确保工人使用防护设备
Check the first aid box regularly and make sure all the operators wear PPE appropriately
4.协助组织员工年度体检、新员工入职健康检查和离职健康检查。 维护员工健康档案
Coordinate and organize annual physical check for employees, and physical examination for the new hires and resigning employees； maintain the employee health records
5.审核员工报销医药费的病历和发票,协助工伤、医疗保险申请及处理
Examine and verify the medical expense record and invoice for the employee reimbursement, and coordinate to handle the application of work-related injury and medical insurance
6.员工病假管理
Manage the sick leave for employees

具体要求：
Requirements:

医院 医生或护士经验丰富都均可，年龄30-70之间。女医生或女护士优先。

1. 医院和工厂相关从业3年以上；
Related working experience in a hospital or a factory for at least 3 years
2. 熟悉常见病的基本医疗处置技能；
Be acquainted with the basic treatment skill of non-serious diseases
3. 丰富的工伤及职业病处理经验；
Rich experience to deal with work-related injury and occupational diseases
