职位描述
岗位职责：
1、运用淘宝旺旺等即时通工具及时、准确的回答买家的问题；
2、负责售前、售中、售后的具体事宜；
3、负责订单的确认与处理，跟踪客户在订单过程中的疑问与解答；
4、贯彻执行公司的销售规定与实施细则，完成部门销售目标；
5、领导交办的其他事宜。
岗位要求：
1、有客服工作经验优先，有销售服装配饰类经验优先；
2、熟练使用电脑以及办公软件，能同时和多人在即时通上沟通；
3、性格温和，有强烈的责任心和团队精神；
4、对电子商务感兴趣。
此岗位也招应届毕业生。

The annual export of the company accounts for US$45million, and it has one affiliated factory and two stock-sharing factories as well as more than ten partner factories. The affiliated factory has 300 workers, and its major products include knitted dress and baseball caps.
Our company supplies hand-made and knitted gloves, caps, muffles, sewed baseball caps, fisherman's caps, woven and warp knitted muffles, caps, etc.. It is highly experienced in OEM/ODM business. We have some customers in Europe and USA. There are H&M, NEXT, WAL-MART, NAF NAF etc.
