Sr.Software Supervisor（欧洲独资医疗设备行业公司，研发部职位，有多条班车线路）
Location:上海
Main objective/s
²  The Software Engineer designs/develops the relevant Software of a module, product or system based on the technical
²  specifications
²  The Software Engineer creates models and prototypes
²  The Software Engineer is responsible for creating the relevant documentation that describes the software
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
²  Creating a design based on the technical product specifications and implementing the design in an efficient way.
²  Translating the technical system requirements into the relevant sub-system architecture and writing relevant documentation.
²  Doing tests and experiments to check and release a technically feasible design Perform verification activities for medical devices, modules or subsystems
²  Contributing adequately to Cross Functional Teams (incl. planning / tracking of own work) and coaching/supporting colleague engineers
²  Coordinating the design efforts within the discipline and outsourced development work Maintaining (technical) relations with third parties (like suppliers, knowledge centers, test labs,etc.)
²  Special tasks assigned by Department Manager and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Pool of potential Key Performance Indicators
²  On time fullfillment of Project Mile Stones, Roadmap Stability Index
²  Level of specification fulfillment by the product (Result of verification/validation)
²  Quality of design and documentation: Level of complaints and amount of redesign-loops.
²  Product Quality: Field Failure rate
Target profile of skills and qualifications
²  Bachelors / Master University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related, Master is preferred.
²  Broad knowledge in agile SW development, SW quality assurance and coding languages
²  At least 6 years of general working experience
²  Strong C/C++ programming skills,
²  Must be a good team player
²  Have solid background of Large Scale Software Application Development on either
²  Windows or Linux Platform, Linux is preferred.
²  Excellent debugging skills
²  Good Knowledge in either one of the following GUI Framework, MFC, QT, WPF, etc.
²  Experience in platform and application development using OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, UML
²  Experience with Medical devices and their special requirements in respect of quality and reliability is a great plus
²  Strong techinical document writing skills
²  Global collaboration experience in matrix organization
