职位描述
Mainly Tasks:
1. Supervising technological processes in production
2. Develop and update product and process documentation
3. Secure proper specifications for material used in production
4. Creating and updating technical drawings (AutoCAD/ Solid Works)
5. Develop and test new production materials (Pack Material, Glue Application, Board, Sanding Papers, etc.).
6. Implement new product and product changes
7. Evaluate production materials, develop and analyze cost savings plans in production process
8. Update product structures in Movex
9. Ensure and Secure process according to IKEA Specification
10. Coordinate products and materials changes between production departments
11. Communicate health and safety aspects related to new implemented materials
12. Demonstrate the principle of employee relationships using the Swedwood values
13. Ensure the company quality and environmental policy
14. Drive continuous improvements through lean. Identify and implement initiatives.
15. Consistently follow the vision and values of IKEA.
16. Other work assigned by manager.
Skills needed
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- PC skills on a good level
- Excellent achievements in previous roles
