Responsibilities:
1. Ensure site ESH activities comply with Company & local government requirements.
2. Plan and delivery ESH audits and inspections.
3. Responsible for relevant ESHMS certifications.
4. Establish fully communication with Company and local government.
5. Conduct new equipment, new process & new chemical evaluations.
6. Provide training to all employees for ESH issues, including chemical handling & storage.
7. Develop & maintain current emergency response plans.
8. Investigate site accidents/injuries report all Tier I & Tire II occurrences to company ESH leaders.
9. Continue to execute and deploy annually ESH Index Elements.
10. Maintaining company ISO9000 quality system. Supporting the annual internal ISO9000 system audit and the management review.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, safety or environment science or equivalent.
2. 5+ years QA/ESH system working experience in multinational company.
3. Knowledge of Six Sigma processes, Green Belt certification desirable
4. Familiar with China & OSHA ESH laws & regulations.
5. Strong communication and influencing skill, strong interpersonal and leadership skill, ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as the organizations of company.
6. Good command of English both written and oral.
