To be in charge of managing new e-commerce project in the development phase based on brand’s China business strategy.

Reporting to: Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project manager for brand e-commerce website development and closely work with Brand Manager to plan and implement the site launch in 2013 .

Site launch

- Set up the sales and marketing target through internal advice and external research, and get approval from direct or in-direct report lines.

- Draw site roadmap and set up project timeline and fulfill it through actionplans.

- Work closely with Brand Manager to specific business requirements and translate them into detailed functional requirements.

- Communicate with brand UK head office to get as much support as possible from the e-commerce team.

- Manage vendors/free lancers to guarantee the respect of the timeframe.

- Work out internal procedures, adapt it into real practice and optimize all cooperative departments.

Operations and Marketing

- Scheme and execute the launch campaign.

- Work with retail operation and merchandise team to promote the site awareness.

- Regular operation report and analysis, and find out solutions to optimize the site in all scopes.

- Find out solution to off-line and on-line data integration.

- Regular marketing planning and budget management.

- Constantly look at the market and recommend new features / functionalities in order to guarantee permanent market prospective.

- Establish and manage and optimize the e-commerce team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Understand e-commerce industry and strategically thinking

E-commerce project management experience

Be able to understand the brand and translate clear requirements and expectations.

Open mind with constant creativity to drive the brand audience’s passion and attachment to the brand.

Minimum 5 years in digital industry specifically at least 2-3 years in e-commerce industry.

Ideally has experience at launching a new e-commerce website.
