Key responsibilities/主要职责

·Responsible for the management of company Quality Management System’s files and some activities associated with all aspects of Quality Assurance.

负责管理公司的质量管理体系文件和一些相关的活动与各方面的质量保证。

·Ensure (i) the Quality System complies with all relevant Regulatory requirements, (ii) our customer’s needs are fulfilled in a compliant manner and (iii) compliance / cost continuous improvement initiatives are successfully delivered, with appropriate education, training and auditing, as necessary.

通过适当的教育，培训和审核确保质量体系符合所有有关监管规定，并完全满足客户的需求和符合成本持续改进的要求。

·In charge of drafting and reviewing the company’s documents of quality management system.

负责起草和审查公司的质量管理体系文件。

·In charge of document control and management of quality management system.

负责质量管理体系文件的控制和管理。

·In charge of record control and management of quality management system.

根据质量管理体系负责记录的控制和管理。

·Maintain and manage the whole company’s quality management system.

维护和管理整个公司的质量管理体系。

·Organize the training of GMP periodically.

定期组织GMP培训。

·In charge of company’s internal audit, supplier audit and management review.

负责公司的内部审计，供应商审核和管理评审。

·In charge of SFDA application for drug production license and GMP certification, site inspection, other authorities GMP inspection and customer audit.

负责国家食品药品监督管理局申请药品生产许可证和GMP认证现场检查，其他当局的GMP检查和客户审核。

·In charge of communication of SFDA’s drug safety & inspection department and other authorities.

负责国家食品药品监督管理局药品，安全监管部门及其他主管部门的沟通。

·In charge of other relevant quality management works (internal and external).

·Fulfill and finish the works allocated by the supervisor and up level leaders.

·Control or archive the quality relevant documents and SOPs.

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

·At least pharmacology or chemistry or relevant bachelor degree.

药理学，化学或相关的学士学位及以上。

· Good communication and influencing/negotiation skills with internal teams, clients, and the industry regulators.

和内部团队，客户，以及行业监管良好的沟通及影响/谈判技巧。

·At least 5 years working experience at API manufacturing and quality management works.

在原料药生产和质量管理方面至少5年以上工作经验。

·With the experience of SFDA’s drug production license and GMP application independently.

有国家食品药品监督管理局的药品生产许可证和GMP应用程序独立的申请经验。

·Participated in GMP inspection previously.

有参加过GMP检查的经验。

·Have the experience of document management.

有文件管理的经验。

·Can deeply understanding of GMP and cGMP.

斯福瑞（南通）制药有限公司由瑞士Siegfried AG于2012年9月在南通经济开发区投资成立，是一家专注于原料药和中间体制造及贸易的跨国公司。一期项目生产原料药和中间体，二期生产制剂。其中第一期分二步，第一步注册资本金5000万美元，投资总额近8000万美元，建设2500吨/年的原料药和中间体生产工厂。包括8000㎡的GMP和非GPM车间各一个，中试车间，储罐区，甲类和丙类仓库，及相配套的公用工程车间，高标准的废水废气处理设施，维修车间及办公楼等，总占地面积123亩，总建筑面积35345㎡。Siegfried AG为瑞士上市企业，在瑞士，美国，马耳他等地均建有工厂，至今已有140年的历史，是诺华、辉瑞等国际知名公司的合作伙伴。
