Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Rudong, Nantong, Jiangsu

Objectives of the position:

Be responsible for overseeing all operations/manufacturing activities for F&I, H workshops and WH within rudong siteto ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost. Establishes schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment .Manages and trains a team of production staff.

Main Tasks:

· 1. Responsible for the implementation of and compliance with corporate standards in security, safety and industrial hygiene programs for production areas.

· 2. Responsible for the implementation of and compliance with quality standards, cross contamination guidelines (including microbiological contamination prevention), operational procedures and for the quality of products and services in the areas under his control.

· 3. Ensures that the different Human Resources Policies (Vacation, Absenteeism, and Disciplinary Actions) are followed by all department personnel.

· 4. Responsible for achieving production targets through daily coordination with different production and support teams (Laboratory, Maintenance, Utilities and Warehouse).

· 5. Ensures that all production area operations are performed in the proper sequence and under reasonable timetables.

· 6. Responsible for preparing accident reports, environmental incident reports and near miss reports for events occurring in the areas under his/her control.

· 7. Facilitates compliance with Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Program for facilities and equipment in the liquid production operations.

· 8. Responsible for issuing safety permits to perform maintenance and/or engineering work in production areas.

9. Prepares the Daily Production Report and generates the information required to report Production and Cost Indicators.

Education:Bachelor or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Working Experience: more than 10 years relevant experience

Technical & Professional Knowledge: BASF EHS knowledge & Chinese EHS regulations; Good English and PC skills, Ability of Management, Organization and Strong personnel leadership skills; Recognize the development in the markets
