Normal Requirements
1.Coach accounting assistant to process correct booking, and ensure the alignment with company/group/state policy and process;
指导会计助理正确进行帐务处理，确保符合公司/集团及国家的相关政策及流程
2.Prepare monthly closing activity and financial reports to government and HQ;
准备月度财务结帐和符合中国及集团要求的财务报告
3.Review all tax reports(such as VAT, business tax and corporate income tax）and control related tax risk;
复核所有的税务申报表及控制税务风险
4.Make monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis;
准备月度季度及年度的预算与实际的差异分析报告
5.Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirements;
协助完成内部及外部的审计工作
6.Assist Finance Manager in other task.
协助财务经理完成其他工作

Critical Experience and Skills
1.Bachelor degree in accounting or finance management;
会计或财务管理专业本科
2.5 years or above work experience in Accounting, multi-national organization preferred, holding accountant certificate preferred;
5年以上的跨国公司的会计工作经验，拥有会计专业证书的优先
3.Good command of English both in speaking and writing;
熟练掌握英语
4.Familiar with accounting rules and related tax, customs policies;
熟悉会计准则及相关税务、海关的政策
5.Plentiful experience with ERP， SAP preferred;
有ERP的经验，SAP优先
6.Sound ability of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
熟练掌握 excel, Word and PowerPoint 等办公软件
7.Strong research and analytical skills.

斯福瑞（南通）制药有限公司由瑞士Siegfried AG于2012年9月在南通经济开发区投资成立，是一家专注于原料药和中间体制造及贸易的跨国公司。一期项目生产原料药和中间体，二期生产制剂。其中第一期分二步，第一步注册资本金5000万美元，投资总额近8000万美元，建设2500吨/年的原料药和中间体生产工厂。包括8000㎡的GMP和非GPM车间各一个，中试车间，储罐区，甲类和丙类仓库，及相配套的公用工程车间，高标准的废水废气处理设施，维修车间及办公楼等，总占地面积123亩，总建筑面积35345㎡。Siegfried AG为瑞士上市企业，在瑞士，美国，马耳他等地均建有工厂，至今已有140年的历史，是诺华、辉瑞等国际知名公司的合作伙伴。
