职位描述
Role purpose
Provide professional HSE work to support the site safe operation and improvement the HSE standard as well as to comply with company HSE standards, Code of Practices and China legislative requirements.
Accountability
1. Collect and assess the new HSES regulations, liaise with authorities to keep abreast of HSE legislative developments and government requirement to ensure the full compliance.
2. To conduct the investigation of HSES accidents and identify the root cause and develop the preventive and corrective actions and verify their effective completions.
3. Provide the HSES training to employees and commit on HSE awareness and behavior improvement.
4. Implement the site internal HSE audit plan and ensure all the improvement actions closed as plan.
5. Conduct the supplier HSE audit as company’s requirement to support the business development.
6. Be responsible for the EMS improvement and organize the regular EMS drill in site.
7. Provide proactive support to project on the HSE permit /license and field safety management as required.
8. Approach site operational safety management and implement the safety plan in site.
9. Approach occupational health risk assessment, identify the health hazards and assess the risks. Implement the industry hygiene program in site.
10. Approach the environment impact assessment and implement the site environment program to ensure the environment compliance and reduce the environment impact.
11. Provide the professional HSE support to other activities in site to help site deliver the good HSE performance.
Critical Knowledge:
1. Well know the safety, occupational hygiene and environment protection standard and regulations.
2. Professional knowledge on HSE management.
3. Be familiar with the HSE permit issues.
Critical Skills:
1. Good communication and stakeholder management skill.
2. Good investigation, auditing and reporting skill
3. Good oral and written English
4. Flexibility and analytical thinking
Critical Experience:
1. More than five years of related working experience.
2. More than two years of working experience on HSE management.
