Key responsibilities/主要工作职责

· Coordinate company safety, security, ergonomic and environmental programs.

协调公司安全、职业健康和环境相关的所有项目。

· Be responsible for the safety technology and equipment, firefighting equipment, protective equipment and emergency equipment management.

负责安全技术装备、灭火器材、防护和急救器具的管理。

·Be responsible for safety management in the construction site and communication and cooperation with HSE management team of EPCM company, contractors, supervision company etc. during the project period.

项目施工期间，负责施工现场的安全管理，与工程管理公司、建设公司及监理公司的环境安全卫生小组保持良好的沟通和合作。

·Support SHE Manager to handle the project’s SHE permits approval by local authority.

协助SHE经理处理项目在安全、健康和环境方面需要政府审批的相关事宜。

·On-site safety inspection, found the exercise of violate the rules and regulations should be criticized for not stopping, safety factors, to timely reporting and puts forward reform ideas, good safety assessment, safety activities and hidden accident recording ledgers.

进行现场安全检查，发现违章作业应批评制止，对不安全因素，要及时汇报提出整改意见，做好安全考核、安全活动和事故隐患等记录台账。

·Identify SHE related hazards and facilitate hazard controls.

识别SHE相关隐患以控制危险。

·Be responsible for all employee and contractors safety training, advocacy, education, work safety supervision, the rectification work, responsible for special operations personnel management.

负责所有员工及承包商的安全培训、做好安全宣传、教育、监督、整改工作，负责特种作业人员管理。

·Keep abreast of latest SHE standards & developments.

了解适用的最新安全、职业健康和环境相关的标准与法规。

·Incident prevention, investigation and improvement tracking.

事故预防、调查及处理。

·Be responsible for the site waste management, and period report environmental data to key stakeholders.

负责工厂的废弃物管理，定期向利益相关方报告环保数据。

·Occupational disease prevention and control, special post medical.

职业病防治，特殊岗位体检。

·Other assignment by SHE Manager.

完成SHE经理安排的其他事务。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能和经验

·2 years’ SHE engineer experience in multinational chemical company.

2年以上跨国化工企业环境安全卫生工作经验。

·Bachelor degree or above, major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related.

大学本科及以上学历，安全、环境、化工、工程或其他环安卫相关专业。

·State Certified safety engineer is preferred.

具有国家注册安全工程师资质优先

Good English both in oral and written.

良好的英语听说读写能。

·Good experiences of MS office excel and word, SAP is preferred.

熟练使用办公软件，熟悉SAP系统者优先。
