APS经理/制造体系经理/精益生产经理APS(AutolivProductionSystem)Manager / Lean Production Manager
Job Responsibility:
1.负责APS 在公司所有运行活动中进行实施。
1.1 负责APS 培训教材的制定翻译以及培训工作，推行APS 标准。
1.2 负责组织制定公司APS 计划以及跟踪实施情况。
1.3 负责每月对工厂APS 执行情况进行评估并组织指定相应的行动计划。
1.4 负责每月提交APS 报告（AAP 以及公司管理层）
2.负责协助制造部经理对相关的OPI和KPI 运行指标进行跟踪并提出对策。
3.负责参与引导APS在组织活动的实施如
3.1组织活动包括不限于：
3.2前期策划工艺开发Line concept生产线概念，JIT,TPM 等。
3.3生产现场的改善5S, Suggestion
3.4 Workshop
3.5包装概念对JIT 的支持
3.6 AS 标准实施（APS 标准化）
Educational Background
1. 机械专业本科以上学历；
Requirements
1.二年以上生产管理，以及持续改进工作经验。
2.对Lean Manufacture 有较深刻的理解。
3.有较强的分析观察力、以及较强的组织管理能力；
4.具有很强的学习能力
5.英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE。
Duties of Quality and Occupational Health & Safety:
1.了解公司质量环境&职业安全健康方针，配合执行公司相关管理规定，遵守相关法律法规。
2.了解本部门环境因素和危害因素
