岗位职责  

1. 识别评估客户需求，并完成产品结构相关方案的沟通和设计

    Identify and evaluate customer needs, and complete the communication and design of product structure related             plans

2. 整理和分析方案可行性，完成DFMEA等设计文件

    Sort out and analyze the feasibility of the plan, complete DFMEA and other design documents

3. 独立完成汽车电子产品的结构设计、总成及零件图纸、BOM等设计文件

    Independently complete the structural design, assembly and part drawings, BOM and other design documents of             automotive electronic products

4. 独立跟踪零件的制成工艺及状态认可。如：与供应商进行技术沟通。加工可行性分析、工装样件认可等。

    Independently track the manufacturing process and status approval of parts. Such as: technical communication with         suppliers. Processing feasibility analysis, tooling sample approval, etc.

5. 配合项目经理跟踪和改善各产品阶段出现的结构问题，及时关闭相关缺陷，并进行相关设变申请和执行。

    Cooperate with the project manager to track and improve structural problems in each product stage, close related           defects in time, and execute related design changes.

6. 完成领导安排的其他工作事宜。

    Complete other tasks arranged by the leader.

任职资格  

1. 熟练使用CATIA/UG软件进行产品三维设计及二维制图；

    Proficient in using CATIA/UG software for product 3D design and 2D drawing;

2. 熟悉常用金属材料、注塑材料等材料的性能及其加工工艺；有车载灯具产品设计经验者优先；

    Familiar with the properties and processing technology of commonly used metal materials, injection molding                   materials and other materials; experience in automotive lamps design is preferred;

3. 熟悉产品设计开发流程，能独立承担产品结构的开发、外协跟踪、缺陷整改等工作，熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；

    Familiar with product design and development process, able to independently undertake product structure                       development, outsourcing tracking, defect rectification, etc., familiar with IATF16949 quality management system;

4. 能适应公司短期出差需求；

    Can adapt to the company's short-term business travel;

5. 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，善于学习；

    Have a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, and good at learning;

6. 本科及以上学历，机械、模具设计相关专业，英语口语熟练。

    Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, mold design, and proficient in spoken English.

7. 3年以上汽车电子产品开发设计经验，熟悉汽车类产品从设计到投产的整个过程，至少有一个投产项目经验。

    More than 3 years of automotive electronic product development and design experience, familiar with the entire             process of automotive products from design to production, and at least one production project experience.
