1) 明确和总结每天的实验室工作任务，并将每天的产量及质量及时的汇报给实验室经理(ATU/NCE/TOS/TMS/report/record)
Clear about daily work, report to lab manager about daily output and quality (ATU/NCE/TOS/TMS/report/record)
2) Audi/VW实验数据分析处理、客户沟通、客户报告编写
Audi/VW test data analysis, customer communication, customer report
3) 熟练掌握各种试验方法和要求，并能分享经验所得
Skillful in test method and requirement, share the experience with the others
4) 懂得资源与需求合理调配，达到资源使用率***化，及试验的无缝连接
Balance resource and requirements, maximize equipment efficiency, and provide seamless test process
5) 实验室月报统计
Monthly report of static lab
6) 能积极响应帮助其他实验室按时完成任务
Totally fulfill another lab on all kinds of tests and provide active support in need.
7) 陪同客户参观
Keep company with customers.
8) 完成上级领导安排的其他工作
Complete the works arranged by upper level manager
