岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1) 负责月度客户满意度评分的汇总，并定期更新展示板上客户评分信息；

1) Responsible for the summary on customer monthly evaluation, and update all customer evaluation information on visual board termly;

2) 负责定期浏览客户网站信息，并及时汇报重要信息；

2) Responsible for checking information on customer’s website termly and reporting important information to relevant staff in time;

3) 负责采取遏制措施，如协调顾客现场的挑拣和任何的返工；

3) Responsible for taking containment action, ie. coordinate on-site sorting activities and any rework activity;

4) 负责跟踪并推动顾客质量问题的解决进程；

4) Responsible for tracing and drive on customer quality problem solving progress;

5) 协调处理和返回缺陷产品；

5) Coordinate the disposition and return of all defective products;

6) 与AMC一起验证根本原因和制订整改计划，作为ACS和顾客的窗口充分地和顾客沟通；

6) Working with AMG team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer as the interface between ACS & Customer;

7) 组织推动CQS处理和相关过程的设置/执行，符合ALV的要求和顾客的要求；

7) Lead and drive on CQS handling & related process set up/ implementation, meet with ALV requirement and customer requirements;

8) 早期介入新产品质量(TG3后)，验证和推动产品质量在顾客处的改进；

8) Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality improvement at customer site;

9) 组织售后索赔件和抱怨的解决方案；协调在期限内的处理和反馈；

9) Lead and conduct the solution for warranty parts and/or complain from after-market; Coordinate the disposition and feedback to customer on due date.

10) 作为窗口，负责变更信息与顾客的沟通，直至认可；

10) As window person, charge for change information communication with customer, till to get approval ;

11) 上级领导指派的其它工作；

11) Other tasks appointed by supervisor.

质量环境职责 Duties of Quality and Occupational Health & Safety

1) 解公司质量环境安全方针，遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定；

1) Understand company policy, abide by company management system;

2) 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规；

2) Understand and abide by rule during work;

3) 执行审核员职责；

3) Implement the responsibility as auditor;

4) 识别和控制工作范围内的环境因素；

4) Identify and control environment during work;

5) 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法。

教育背景 Educational Background

机械、汽车类专科以上学历

College degree above in mechanical, automotive engineering.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：

1) 2年以上制造业质量、客户服务工作经验；

1) Min.2 years’ experience in manufacturing quality, customer service;

2) TS16949汽车行业质量体系的知识和经验

2) TS16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience

3) 了解ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系

3) Familiar with EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

4) 熟悉SPC、PPAP、PFMEA、MSA、问题解决（8D）等质量工具

4) Familiar with the quality tools e.g. APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D

5) 较强的问题分析和解决能力, 如6 西格玛，8D，5WHY等

5) Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D, 5WHY …

6) 很强的产品，过程和质量工程师背景；

6) Very strong product, process, and or quality engineering background

7) 具有良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力和团队合作精神

7) Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills
