1.中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2.负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3.指导并协调财务稽核、审计、会计的工作并监督其执行；
4.制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
5.向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
6.负责组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。

领导并管理财务部门工作；

建立财务体系并持续改进；

保证应付款项、工资、现金的管理和支付等行为正确操作，保证财务的运行符合税收、外汇管理等法律的要求；

指导、监督部门员工的日常财会业务；

准备和实施年度预算和月度预测；

建立、维护成本体系；

协调与财务相关的内外关系，维护与相关业务部门、政府部门、银行、审计等的良好沟通关系；

根据管理需求， 提供相关数据及报告；

其他来自高层的协助事项。

1.Position of Mid-level Management, to be responsible for the main objectives and plans within his/her function & field and to formulate, participate in or assist the superior in implementing related policies and systems;
2.to be in charge of the Department's daily management work and the members' management, direction, training and assessment;
3.to direct and coordinate the financial check, auditing and accounting and supervise the implementation thereof;
4.to formulate, maintain and improve the Company's financial management procedures and policies and to formulate annual and quarterly financial plans;
5.to provide various financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the Company's management;
6.to be in charge of the Company's cost management, to conduct the cost prediction, control, check, analysis and examination for the purpose of ensuring the accomplishment of the Company's profit objective.

Education：

大专及以上学历，财务、会计相关专业

Experience & Knowledge Required：

1．拥有履行本岗位的会计资格及技能；

2．八年以上跨国公司财务工作经验，熟悉进出口相关业务。

1．较强的财务分析能力；

2．较强的组织管理能力；

3．较强的英语听说读写能力；

4．较强的计算机运用能力，熟练使用微软办公软件；

5．较强的协调沟通能力。

Personality Trait：
