职位概况 Position Summary
1、新项目的导入，主要工作包括工时计算，设备投资计算，主导试产，工艺流程设计，生产区域规划，保证大批量生产的顺利进行。
New project launching, main job involving calculating the labor time, equipment investment ,leading pilot run, design process flow, design the layout , to ensure The mass production smooth
2、与生产部共同对工作量与工作环境的改善，精益概念推广
Working with production department to improve on workload and accelerating the development of lean concepts
3、负责组装夹具设计方案的审查和组装夹具设计制造中的技术协调
Reviewing the design proposal of final assembly jigs and providing technical support in designing and manufacturing final assembly jigs.
主要职责 Key responsibilities
计算并评估新产品的设备投资及流程设计
Calculate and evaluate equipment investment and flow design for new products’
时间研究，制订产品标准工时，设计并制作工作指引；
Studying the labor time, make standardization and preparing working instructions.
？主导新产品的PFMEA制定，并结合生产运作情况更新；
Leading to make PFMEA, and updating timely and accordingly
？主导新产品的试产，评估流程所需的一切工具制作，并制订改善计划，定期跟踪，保证试产成功；
Leading pilot run, evaluating required facility ,process improvement ,follow up anything and to be sure pilot succeed.
？负责生产线及设备的安装、调试、验收工作
Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment
？流程研究，持续改善；
Process flow study, and continue improvement
？汇报主管工作进度及异常回馈
Reporting to supervisor and abnormity feed back
？生产现场问题解决。
To solve problems in the production line.
？上司所交待的其它任务。
Other tasks the Line Manager orders.
