Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Work with Sourcing and Quoting Team to understand materials and suppliers
2. Woke with Project Engineers to understand resources requirement for new project
3. Contact each supplier to pull in material as scheduled, settle issues in logistics view
4. Co-ordinate with ME, NPI & QA, make sure all tooling, material and supplier documents ready for new project launchingJob Requirements：Must be able to working in a multi-functional Team environment and deal directly with suppliers.
The NPI Specialist should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good planning capability and be able to operate on own initiative.
1. University graduate required, commercial & logistics experience is a plus.
2. Experience in harness industry is better, at least 3 years of working experience in planning or logistics area
3. Be able to take and accomplish aim-driven project
4. Good negotiation & communication skill are essential.
5. Stronger project management skills required.
6. Good in English (verbal & written).
7. Strong Team spirit, be able to travel
