1．负责车间设备，模具，治具的维护管理工作，及时做好问题的诊断与维修；

Repair and maintenance of equipment, molds, fixtures in the workshop, analysis of problems and solving them in time；

2．制定和执行主要设备的维护指导书和计划，并根据经验，制定和完善分层的风险以及预防维护保养计划，并跟踪实施情况；

Formulation and execution of maintenance instruction and plan for main equipment, and based on experience, develop and improve a layered risk prevention maintenance plan and follow up the implements status;

3．制定所管理设备的安全操作规程，设备备品备件计划和管理；

Formulation of safety operation guideline and spare parts plan and management for the equipment；

4．负责对设备使用人员的技术培训，安全教育及日常保养工作；

Technical training and safety education of equipment operators；

5．对设备使用人员的操作行为、日点检及设备维护工做的监督检查，并做好记录；

Supervision and controlling of equipment operators about their daily operation, and making record；

6．做好日常设备的巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

Routine checking and daily spot check of equipment and handling of potential problems；

7．对设备故障的原因进行统计、分析，提出纠正措施，建立设备台账，降低设备的故障率，控制维修成本；

Making statistics and analysis of fault and problems, bringing forward of correction action, keeping use account for equipment, controlling of fault rate and maintenance cost；

8．检查整个设施区域的配电情况并保持供电；

Check of power distribution of the whole facility area and keep power supply;

9. 统计和分析主要设备的维护保养成本，提出和执行旨在不断降低维护成本的措施；

Statistics and analysis of the maintenance cost of the equipment in charge, and proposed actions to continuously reduce maintenance costs;

10. 负责制定和管理每年设备,模具，治具维护保养的预算；

Responsible for calculate and manage the budget for equipment，molds，fixtures maintenance every year;

11. 使用MTBF和MTTR工具计算和分析设备故障的时间和频率，并制定行动计划

Use MTBF and MTTR tools to count and analyze equipment failure time and frequency, and make action plans;

12．服从并完成上级委派的其它工作任务。

任职资格：

1、持低压电工操作证；

Low voltage electrician certificate

2、3年以上维修管理工作经验

More than 3 years working experience in maintenance

3、机械、电机及相关专业，中专及以上学历

Major in mechanical, electrical engineering or related ，Technical secondary school or above

4、熟悉设备管理，精通设备工作原理，具备液压工作的基础知识，了解相关PU聚氨酯发泡设备工作原理以及相关知识

Familiar with equipment management，proficient in equipment working principle，basic knowledge of hydraulic high pressure machines (priority)，basic knowledge of PU - injection machines (priority)

5、英语能读写，口语能基本交流。

English can read and write, oral communication basic.
