The role of the Supervisor, Sourcing Order Management is critical to executing Shaw’s strategic procurement model, with primarily responsibility and ownership of the PO management process and daily transactional communication with Shaw’s global suppliers. This role works with suppliers daily to manage PO’s and ensure that information on the PO’s is updated and in accordance with expected service expectations. This role will report directly to the Manager, Sourcing Order Management. 

    

    

岗位职责/Job Summary: 

    

    

1. Ensure suppliers receive, review, and update PO promise dates accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Review PO ready dates compared contract lead times and utilize reasoning skills to problem solve PO exceptions, identify root causes of delays, coordinate with supplier to improve on PO dates, and make recommendations regarding supplier performance.
3. Communicate PO exception impacts, both early and late, to supply chain business partners.
4. Collaborate with Planning and Logistics on any order management needs to facilitate timely shipment coordination.
5. Provide input into supplier performance (KPI’s, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc).
6. Respond to requests and issues proactively and with a high degree of customer service.
7. Maintain SKU accuracy in the system (item attributes, adds, and cost changes as authorized, etc.).
8. Cross train to provide back-up as necessary.

任职要求/Qualifications：

1. College degree or above, focus in supply chain or logistics preferable.
2. Good verbal and written English skill.
3. Passion for accuracy and detail-oriented and good communication skills, team spirit and strong self-learing capability.
4. Understanding of order management relationship and impacts throughout the Supply Chain.
