工作内容/Responsibilities:

1. Plant facilities maintenance, including power supply, lighting, air conditioners, exhaust system, compressed air, vacuum system, waste water system, water, fire safety, fire door and detection system.

   负责厂区所有基建设施、设备维护。包括：供电、照明、空调、排风系统、压缩空气、污水系统、自来水、消防安全、防火门和报警系统。

2. Orderly management of security guard, canteen, vehicles, gardening, hygiene. 

   负责工厂安保、餐厅、车辆、绿化、卫生等后勤保障的有序管理。

3. In charge of EHS implementation and improvement. 

   负责工厂EHS的实现和改进。

4. In charge of the inspection, push and improvement of 5S.

   负责工厂5S的检查、推进和提升。

5. Communication with local authorities such as power, water, SAWS, fire-fighting,EPA,Police departments on handling related affairs in proper way.

   负责与地方电力公司、自来水公司、安监、消防、环保、公安等部门沟通对接以适当的方式处理相关事务。

6. Other tasks arranged by superior

岗位要求/Requirements:

1、College degree or above, Facility/Project Supervision/ Environment Engineering Safety Engineering ect,

      大专以上学历；机电设施，基建监理，环境工程，安全工程等相关专业；

2、Minimum 3 years in similar position

      至少三年的相似岗位工作经验

3、Planning, Drawing, Project Supervision, EHS and 5S

      预算，绘图，项目监理，环境、健康、安全，5S现场管理
