Key responsibilities:

1，Project phase 项目阶段

· Responsible for drawings and related documents inspect and review for production and utility equipment during project design phase,

负责项目设计阶段生产设备和公用设备机械部分的图纸及相关文件的检查和审核。

· Responsible to support and coordinate for manufacturing progress monitoring and FAT, SAT for related mechanical equipment during project implement phase.

负责协调和支持项目实施阶段各机械设备的制造进度监督，工厂测试及现场验收。

· Responsible for supervising and acceptance for equipment installation and commissioning during project implement phase.

负责监督和验收项目实施阶段的各类设备的机械安装和调试。

2，Operation phase 运营阶段

· Responsible to guide the mechanical maintenance and continuing improvement for mechanical part of all equipment in whole factory. Archive related technical documents.

负责公司设备机械部分维修指导、持续改进；技术资料的归档。

· Responsible for maintenance planning of all mechanical equipment by closely cooperating with maintenance supervisor, responsible for acceptance and archive for monthly, weekly, daily upkeep and annual overhaul.

负责制订公司机械设备的保养、维护、检修计划和实施；日、周、月保养及年度检修的验收、归档。

· Responsible for technical support of rotating equipment of whole plant and responsible for professional knowledge training to bench work

做好全公司动系统的技术支持，维修钳工的专业知识培训。

· Cooperating with electrical engineer closely.

做好与电气工程师的密切配合。

· Support instrument work, finish other work assigned by superior.

做好仪表部分工作的协助及上级安排的其他事项。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and automation or mechanical related,本科及以上学历，机械设计及自动化或与机械相关的专业。

· Familiar with the office, AutoCAD, can speak and write english fluently.

熟练操作Office办公软件，熟悉CAD制图，英语良好

· Has knowledge with mechanical design and fabricate, be familiar with spare parts inspection and equipment maintenance. At least 5 years working experience of equipment maintenance and upkeep in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacture enterprise

熟悉机械原理，精通备件的检验及设备的维护，5年以上化工制药类企业机械保养、维修经验。
