Performance Excellence Manager - CHINA, SHANGHAI

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Internal cost control management

• Cost analysis covering needs of Delivery Leaders as well as Stakeholders with respect to performance against OP with all relevant details explaining actual forecast variances

• Coordinate OP process within IO with close collaboration with Delivery and Finance Teams in order to comply with Corporate guidelines and reporting needs

• SPOC between Finance and DA team.

• Identify improvement opportunities in IO operations and support Delivery Teams in optimization execution

• Ensure relevance and usefulness of IO KPIs, specifically workload drivers, quality and compliance metrics. Drive automation of metric collection and validation with close collaboration with Portfolio Teams.

• Understanding the insights needs coming from the Delivery Teams and Stakeholders and ensure that they are satisfied with the most effective approach, leveraging automation, data mining, reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor and above degree
  5+ years of relevant data ,platform, tools and process analysis work experience, Plus knowledge of Nielsen products, Retailer Industry & Technologies and/or Other Ops functions

• Ability to drive projects and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems

• Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams

• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global functions at L2-L3 level

• Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives

• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data

• Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation

• Able to work in an individual and/or team setting

• Experience/Certifications in one or all of the following : Quality, PM, BPI/Six Sigma methodologies and tools

• Experience driving transformational change within and outside the organization

• Capable of energizing and empowering a diverse, multicultural operation

• Fluent English Language skills
