职位描述
1. JOB SUMMARY
1) Develop and establish Hi-P corporate wide management system and through audit ensure quality system compliance
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Establishment and implementation of corporate wide Organic Management System and Quality Management System.
2) To manage corporate wide quality management system and document control system and ensure implementation at Site level.
3) Through Quality KPI data collected and audit result to assess sites' quality performance.
4) Plan and conduct Quality audit to assess compliance of policy and accuracy of data.
5) Base on customer requirement and sites situation to set performance target.
6) To ensure effective organization and staffing.
3. REQUIREMENT
1) More than 5 years experience in customer relationship management.
2) Fluent English.
3) Good communication skills
4) Effective interpersonal skills
5) Self-motivated, proactive and strong team spirit
