Key responsibilities/主要工作职责

·Supporting and advising line manager and site manager in SHE matters.

·Promoting HSE in the company based on the local and global Siegfried SHE objectives and goals.

·Supporting line management in SHE training for employees.

·Developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to HSE related reports and complaints.

·Ensuring that a SHE risk analysis process is implemented and documented.

·Conducting periodic SHE inspections.

·Reporting critical SHE situations.

·Monitoring and documenting:

·Compiling and documenting the SHE KPIs:

1、Used for monitoring the trend towards the SHE goals

2、Used by the management as a basis for their SHE plans

3、For SHE reporting

4、Reviewing and supporting the communication of SHE related information and documentation.

·Support the dangerous goods transportation to comply with the international and national transportation regulations.

·Advising emergency response teams in the event of HSE incidents, including transport accidents involving Siegfried products.

·Establishing and maintaining the local (Siegfried internal) SHE emergency management system.

·Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local SHE authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public.

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能和经验

·8 years’ SHE management experience in multinational chemical company, at least 2 years’ experience worked as a manager.

8年以上跨国化工企业环境安全卫生管理经验,其中至少2年经理职位工作经验。

·Experienced in pharmaceutical industrial is preferred.

具备制药行业管理经验者优先。

·Bachelor degree or above, major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related.

大学本科及以上学历，安全、环境、化工、工程或其他环安卫相关专业。

·Certified safety engineer is preferred.

注册安全工程师优先。

·Good English both in oral and written.

良好的英语听说读写能。

·Good experiences of MS office excel and word, SAP is preferred.

熟练使用办公软件，熟悉SAP系统者优先。

斯福瑞（南通）制药有限公司由瑞士Siegfried AG于2012年9月在南通经济开发区投资成立，是一家专注于原料药和中间体制造及贸易的跨国公司。一期项目生产原料药和中间体，二期生产制剂。其中第一期分二步，第一步注册资本金5000万美元，投资总额近8000万美元，建设2500吨/年的原料药和中间体生产工厂。包括8000㎡的GMP和非GPM车间各一个，中试车间，储罐区，甲类和丙类仓库，及相配套的公用工程车间，高标准的废水废气处理设施，维修车间及办公楼等，总占地面积123亩，总建筑面积35345㎡。Siegfried AG为瑞士上市企业，在瑞士，美国，马耳他等地均建有工厂，至今已有140年的历史，是诺华、辉瑞等国际知名公司的合作伙伴。
