岗位职责：

1） 根据项目组的需求，安排样件发运，并做好记录.

1） According to the NPL’s request, arrange the sample delivery.

2） 样件发运后,跟踪物流公司货物送达情况.

2） Follow up the on-way goods status.

3） 样件发运后的系统确认. 

3） Submit the delivery task in workflow.

4） 准备样件标签/送货单/在客户网站上创建送货单. 

4） Sample label/delivery note preparation. /Create the delivery note on the customer’s website.

5） 有发送ASN需求的客户，准时发送.

5） Follow the customer requirements and submit the ASN on time. 

6） 负责与客户的样件交付对账,月度 AR报表分析.

6） Handle the sample reconciliation with customers, create/ analysis the monthly AR report to LG/Fin. team.

7） 配合财务,为开票提供支持工作. 

7） Assistant finance department to issue the invoice to customer.

8） 系统客户零件号及开票品名维护,退货系统操作. 

8） Setup the customer part No. and invoice information to QAD systems. Also need to deal with the returned goods operation in systems.

9） 送货单登记(根据客户要求)/客户签收单整理. 

9） According to customer request, to sorting the delivery note and collect delivery note.

10） 负责内部公司交付的样件 QAD扣账，并与客户对账。

10） Handle the delivery issue in QAD as well as reconciliation

11） 能够和客户沟通过期账款的具体原因，并且有行动计划来改进过期账款的流程.

11） Contact with customer for the overdue billing, try to know the overdue reason to action accordingly, find the improvement process or solution.

12） 协助完成安排的其他事宜.

12） Tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：

1） 熟悉制造业QAD系统

2） 能承受一定的工作压力；

3） 具有良好的沟通能力

4） ERP软件 (QAD OR SAP)

5） 办公软件
