Requirements:
1, BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2, 3-5 experience on machine and mechanical with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful processes to meet project schedules and cost targets.
3, Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
4, Good mechanical aptitude on machining center program and maintenance.
5, Demonstrated proficiency in operation, use and instruction of applicable inspection equipment including CMM,gage calibration and repair.
6, PC Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Access, E-mail, PowerPoint or comparable software.



Responsibilities:
1. Planning, executing and reporting of priorities.
Overall equipment efficiency
Man-hour estimates.
Reacting to changing priorities.
Record-keeping and reporting.
2. Providing general production support for machining and/or assembly area as needed.
Evaluate upgrades for machining process.
Troubleshoot issues (quality, efficiency, etc.) on machine.
Provide the operator training.
3. Communication liaison between engineering, production, marketing, purchasing, etc. and cell leader.
Demonstrates team leadership skills and works well as a team player.
Provide technical assistance.
Provide hands-on problem resolutions.
Report and facilitate correction of out-of-specification conditions.
4. Determining the proper processes.
Creating and analyzing standards and operation layouts.
Selecting and implementing proper featuring and tooling for machining.
Performing capital equipment justification as needed.
Planning and implementing preventive and corrective actions for reducing scrap, rework and down time.
Researching and implementing new technological ideas to keep the cell continuously improving.
Leads and conceptualizes process improvements.
5. Demonstrates the ability to stay abreast of industry developments in technical field to maintain technical knowledge.
6. Other duties as assigned.
