1.Provide leadership to a team of Supervisors and manage the manufacturing operations to meet KPI.

5.Work with the planning teams to ensure weekly build plans are level loaded and within equipment and manpower capacity.

6.Set up production systems that enable the use of self-managed work groups or work cells.

7.Drive productivity improvements by eliminating non value added activities, waste elimination and integration.

8.Ensure compliance to all Control plans and Operating procedures and escalate non confirming product.

9. Set up “early warning” production detection systems to trigger out of conformance products.

10. Set up to drive for continuous improvement for production related yield and quality issues.

11. Ensure all machine and processes operate within safety and ergonomics compliance requirement.

18. Liaise with Project, CQE and Tooling to develop new product’s sample

19. Responsible to ramp new product and resolve related issues with supporting

Departments, achieve short learning curve.

负责新品产能提升和支持部门解决相关问题,达到缩短学习曲线目的(缩短产能提升周期)。

20. Ensure data in SAP, LUP, yield, and Labors Hour systems are well maintained.

确保所有SAP LUP 良率 人工工时系统的数据维护准确。

21. Ensure all reports are accurate.

确保所有报告准确。

22. Ensure inventories are well controlled.

确保很好的控制在线库存物料。

23. Appraise subordinates performance in accordance to Hi-P system.

根据赫比相关体系评估下属的绩效。

24. Ensure all audits passed.

确保通过所有的审核。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业；

2、10年以上相关工作经验，熟悉冲压模具及夹治具相关制程（焊接、装配、打标等），具备一定团队管理经验；

3、能够使用AutoCAD 或 Pro-E等相关软件进行绘图， 无障碍阅读并理解机械工程图纸及相关文件；

4、良好的沟通能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神；

5、良好的英文书面及口语沟通能力
