工作职责Job Responsibility

·         New product engineering development and production continuous improvement.

·         Molding process and related documents and audit.

·         Coordinate relevant departments to complete the new project development and final production, ensure the quality, on time delivery.

·         Technical support for process, tooling, equipment, personnel arrangement optimization.

·         Engineering documents, audit and control, update and optimization of BOM, WI.

·         The import of advanced technology and automatic promotion.

·         负责新项目的开发和生产过程中的持续改进（硅胶项目）

·         负责液态硅胶注塑工艺和相关文件的制定和审核

·         协调相关部门顺利完成新项目的开发和最后的量产，保质、保量准时交货

·         生产中的技术支持,工序、模具、设备、人员安排的优化

·         工程文件的制作、审核与控制，BOM、WI的更新与优化

·         先进技术的导入，自动化的推广

岗位要求Required Qualification

·         Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mold design, High Polymer Material Molding 、machinery related topics.

·         Be familiar with characteristics and principle of plastics injection and stamping manufacture, to reply all kinds of problems.

·         Fully understand technical manuals (FEMA/SOP/DOE).

·         Able to communicate in Chinese, fluent in English both oral & written - for liaison with associates in Shanghai

·         Familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, CAD software.

·         Open mind to communicate and good interpersonal.

·         Entry level candidates or 1 -2 years working experience

·         大学专科及以上学历，模具设计、高分子材料成型、机械、英语等相关专业

·         了解硅胶注塑产品的特性或工艺，能应对生产中的各类问题

·         了解工艺文件技术流程（FEMA/SOP/DOE）

·         能够用简单中文沟通，有良好的英语写作和口语的能力

·         熟练运用相关电脑软件，如 办公自动化，CAD等。

·         良好的沟通和人际关系

·         无经验者或有1-2年左右工作经验
