Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new account and opportunity/application in Chinese Market.

• Interface with Customer to determine needs / wants / CTQ elements, define project parameters for material & process

• Interface with internal R&D and manufacturing to develop new products to meet specific customer needs / application

• Act as project manager to drive new business opportunities to closure, based on well understanding of OEMs and tiers requirement (timeline, process, testing, regulation)

• Drive and responsible for commercial terms strategically.

• Manage and deep impact account relationship.

• Market survey on new product, new material and new application, include new regulations.

• Other tasks assigned by the company.

  Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or printing is preferred.

2. At least Seven years work experience as Sales, Technical support or business development in automotive tier 1 or 2 Company, direct with OEM business experience is preferred.

3. Project management experience is preferred.

4. Familiar with manufacturing, materials, and capability on printing & die cutting industry is preferred.

5. Hands- on practice for related application will be required.

6. Possess a fundamental curiosity about how things work.

7. Excellent communication skill required (include listening, writing, speaking in both English and Mandarin).

8. Strong interpersonal skills

9. Proactive, self-motivated, good business acumen, logical thinking.
