Main Purpose
This role will lead Engineering Service Department inside R&D group

Summary
He/She is required to successfully lead the personal and projects, responsible for planning and managing the operations, such as Project Management, Sustaining Engineering, Documentation and etc.

Requirements/Objectives
Project Management
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Define project goal, scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with product management team
Develop full-scale project plan and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
dentify resource needed and manage resource allocation
Manage budget plan and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Track project milestone & deliverables and manage project dependencies and critical path and communicate to all level management and team members
Minimize our exposure and risks on project
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team
Project evaluation and assessment of project results


Sustaining Engineering
Understand R&D product development process; be familiar with the company product.
Work closely with the team inside R&D on Knowledge Transfer before/after the product launched, Provide the product expertise and technical support to the team outside of R&D.
Understand the Solution Development Process.
Work closely with Sustaining Engineering Team in US/Europe.
Be an interface between R&D China and other Sustaining Group worldwide
Be an interface between R&D China and local Sales, SCM, Sourcing and Manufactory.
Work with cross function teams during the entire new project development and improve the process of new product design.


Technical Document
Work cooperatively to manage and control project documentation, finish the R&D projects as scheduled.
Control the documentation for Shanghai R&D projects and finish as scheduled
Work with USA and Germany team to manage the documentation
Learn the global CKP documentation process and tools, train Shanghai team on this
Define and release all document standard formats according to the project needs. .
Check all BOM&PN completed by engineers according to the product structure.
Check all ECOs finished by engineer and make sure them completed properly

Education/Experience
University degree or above in Engineering or Science
7+ years experience in areas of Engineering, Project Management, or related with a minimum of 5 years in project management, including all aspects of product development and execution
4+ years experience in team management, such as building, growing and managing engineers and technology teams

Specific Experiences
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Experience at managing large/complex projects in a multicultural environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
A proven ability to translate business requirements into products, projects and programs.
Demonstrated experience in negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments
Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
Strong written and oral communication skill in both Mandarin and English
